The Association for Art History’s annual one-day conference for A level students and teachers will again take place at The National Gallery in London.

This popular annual event is a unique opportunity for those teaching or studying History of Art or Art & Design at A level to come together to discover and discuss art and ideas.

The day includes talks, discussions and workshops on ways of and thinking about art in relation to a specific theme, this year taking war in art and architecture as the central topic of the conference.

Keynote speaker

We are delighted to announce that artist Jeremy Deller will speak at this year’s conference. Other speakers will be announced later this year.

A full programme and more details about the structure of the day, tickets and any social distancing restrictions will be available in September.
