Contract: Full time (37.5 hours per week), permanent

Salary: £20,000 £23,000 per annum

Annual Leave: 21 days per annum

The Roche Court Educational Trust is an arts education charity that works with young people, specialist groups and education professionals to develop knowledge, skills and confidence by looking, thinking and speaking about art. We are also the home of ARTiculation, the national public speaking initiative for young people. We are looking to appoint an Education Administrator to work with our Head of Education to manage our vibrant education programme.

The Education Administrator will be the first point of contact for group visits to the sculpture park at Roche Court, as well as school enquiries relating to the ARTiculation Prize. You would be responsible for communicating with schools, colleges, universities, families and specialist groups, as well as administering and marketing the programme offer. You would also be responsible for preparing the education spaces for workshops and events. Applicants are required to be experienced, highly organised and able to manage a complex workload, which will include office management, coordination of the freelance education delivery team, administration of bursaries for schools and contributing to the evaluation of projects and events. An ability to communicate with a range of audiences is essential. Excellent administrative skills are also required to manage a busy bookings schedule, databases and mailing lists, alongside digital promotion and marketing skills.
