We are looking for a Teaching Fellow (0.7 FTE) in History of Art, specifically Modern and Contemporary Art to start on Sept 1, 2021, fixed term for 12 months.


The Opportunity:

The School of History of Art at the University of Edinburgh is pleased to invite applications for a 12-month Teaching Fellowship in Modern and Contemporary Art ( .7 FTE.) We particularly welcome versatile applicants able to contribute to our existing curriculum. The candidate will be expected to offer teaching at all levels as well as supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate (MSc) dissertations.

·         PhD in relevant area of History of Art, specifically in Modern and Contemporary Art

·         Demonstrable ability to teach at undergraduate and graduate level


Your skills and attributes for success:

·         PhD in relevant area of History of Art, specifically Modern/Contemporary Art

·         Demonstrable ability to teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
