Association for Art History | 2021 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association for Art History will take place on Wednesday 30 June 2021, 1.15pm – 2.00pm GMT via Zoom.

Members of the Association for Art History are welcome to attend the AGM and vote. You will be asked to consider and vote either at the meeting or by proxy on the following resolutions below. Please note that the following resolutions shall be proposed as ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions (to be voted on)

1. That the that article 19.1 of the Articles of Association be amended to reduce the number of members needed for a quorum at an Annual General Meeting from twenty to fifteen and that members can join such meetings via video or phone to comprise a quorum.
2. The Trustees resolve that Paula Sankoff be elected as a Trustee of the Association.
