Art History Careers Day
Art History Careers Days are aimed at undergraduate or master’s students who would like to learn more about career opportunities in the arts, culture or heritage sectors. As well as know more about doctoral and post-doctoral life. Art History Careers Days offer an opportunity to meet people, network and listen and chat to people about different career and research possibilities. They are friendly and informal events that are open to students studying a range of different subjects, across the arts, humanities, languages and social sciences.
Art History Careers Day often covers careers in the arts, culture, education and heritage sectors, along with other professions in the commercial sector. Selected speakers talk about their own career journey’s and offer specific advice, experience and expertise from different perspectives. Previous Careers Days have focused on Galleries & Museums, Arts & Charities, Arts & Business and Academia, and often includes a roundtable discussion about Early Careers in the Arts.
Art History Careers Days are organised with our DECR Committee.
