Annual General Meeting | Association for Art History

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association for Art History will be held on:

Wednesday 26 June, 2.00 – 2.30pm, at the Art Fund, 2 Granary Square, London.

As a member of the Association for Art History who is entitled to vote at the AGM, you will be asked to consider and vote by proxy on the following resolutions below. Please note that the following Resolutions shall be proposed as ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions (to be voted on)

1. That the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 2018 are approved
2. That the appointment of Neil Walton as a Trustee of the Association is approved
3. That the appointment of Kathryn Havelock as a Trustee of the Association is approved
